Yes, the week BEFORE christmas my mom, dad, and I were going to go to Nova Scotia! I was not looking forward to the trip with excitment...but I thought I should tough up and go and be happy about it. As were leaving for the airport therewas a lot of snow on the ground (for puyallup) and were expected to get more. By the time we got to the airport, all flights were delayed or cancelled because of the weather. If we would have waited for our flight to chicago, we would have missed the connecting flight to Hallifax. Therefore we would be Stranded travelers...um yeah, don't think so! Say bye bye to Nova Scotia. But, for your enjoyment here are some picutures to prove that we tried!

I guess you don't have to go to Nova Scotia to have an adventure right? Snow in Seattle is a BIG deal and becomes an ordeal just by itself. I'm glad you guys chose not to go, being stranded is NOT fun. :)
