Milkshakes, and a List...

Last Saturday, Natasha and I went on a little lunch date to Dairy Freeze (a little 50's diner with the BEST milkshakes.)
Look how far we've come...a full year since enrolling in Drivers Ed together with our CRAZY instructor KATHY!
A year later, freedom and a little plastic card giving us just that.
It's kind of been the best year ever.
I'm sad to see 2011 go but more excited to see what 2012 brings.

Three goals I'm writing down: (Because you know what they say, if you write them down they might actually happen!)
1) Be on time to Seminary....let me rephrase that. Make it in by the 5 minute tardy time. Instead of 15-20 minutes. Yikes. (sorry Brooklynn)
2) Tackle that mess underneath my bed. At some point.
3) Read a book OTHER than Twilight.

The bottom two seem doable.
It's the top one that will be tricky.
But if those are my biggest problems as of the moment...
2012, you don't look too shabby.

{ I and You and Love...}

Before I do a massive post on the sister trip...I had an opportunity to shoot a wedding for a family friend a few weeks ago.
While I'm sitting here in photography-taking advantage of photoshop-I can't help but post a few photos.
Loving how it turned out.
Maddie and Josh are so cute together.
I feel so lucky that I got to be apart of their gorgeous wedding.

{ Catching up... }

Realized I haven't blogged in quite while. Oops.
A little "catch-up" is in order.
Not much happened this summer besides a delicious frozen yogurt shop opening up in P-town, hanging with friends, and a wicked awesome SISTER TRIP! (next post)
But besides all that...Seattle with brooklynn deserved its own post.
Such a fun day. end of story.

My friends are often subject to my crazy ideas that often result with a camera in their face.
I will admit, not most like it as much as I do.
But Brooklynn (and of course Tasha), being the awesome friend she is...totally down for anything.
Thanks friendy.
Plus, who can turn down a fun photoshoot in summer dresses, barefoot, with your best friend!?!
I love things like that.
Such a fun shoot in the woods on a perfect summer day.

Considering how much I really don't blog...I decided to check it from a week's worth of absence.

{ ConGRADS... }

This past weekend my good friends Krista, Alyssa, and Cami graduated high school!
How I wish that was me!
But I am so happy for them. Each one will be so successful in whatever they choose to do.
I have to admit...it's been a depressing last week with them gone.
They've become some of my closest friends. Sometimes feeling like sisters!
I know that we will always stay in touch and get together whenever we can.
No one to talk to in photography. No one to do makeup in the bathroom before school with! A really happy smile each day at the lunch table.
I will miss them terribly!
I can't be selfish though.

The crowds were crazy so i didn't get any of Alyssa or Cami. :(

{ Child's Play... }

(How I usually feel until 5th period)

This last week has been unusually picture-esque.
I'll give you a short recap.
Brooke...at 9 o'clock at night decided to do a spur-of-the-moment photoshoot.
Being me...I went along with it.
Don't get me wrong, it was fun. Just somewhat confusing. I love you Brooke.
Meanwhile in photography, Krista and I took advantage of some thrifted costumes and a studio.
As you can see...we probably didn't use our time "wisely" but this was our last hoorah! (she's gone=graduated)
Needless to say...it's been one strange, eventful week documented in pictures.
