Besides getting Mono this summer I've been slacking on my summer goals, which makes me sad.

And the alarming part is, summer is halfway over!

I think I'm in a stage of mourning...my last summer as a kid. No job, no bills...

But at the same time I'm really excited to progress and discover new things about myself as I head into my Senior year of high school.

But still...I'm really scared.

But excited. And happy.

And confused.

Meet Rachel...We like to get dressed up, drive around, and take pictures.

It's one of the many things I love about her.

Because taking pictures sort of makes me really happy.

Ode to a crappy week.

Insert [a funny yet witty statement about how I never blog and when I do I post pictures of myself, typically by barns or trees, and then gab about my week and how tired I am, and how stupid I was for enrolling in AP English. But then stay positive and put a link to a funny video, or an inspiring tutorial that I discovered. And then I DON'T mention how totally uninspired I am in photography and never take pictures anymore. More complaining, but then rebuffed with something completely awesome...like my obsession with cooking, and drinking lemon water.] Here.

I never thought i'd be this upset about Christmas lights.

Been feeling like an outsider today. Somewhat invisible. So depressing, right?
It happens.
Went to a church event and came home feeling more drained than ever before.
Dating, boys, obnoxious girls, and a slight case of anxiety stressed me out.
Numbing myself from all the pressure.
I've always known I've had a greater perspective than most girls.
Maturity is what some call it.
I'd just like to think I'm more sensitive and have a deeper soul.
I thank my older sisters for that.
So watching those girls today, I knew I couldn't stay sad for long.
I could never mimic or behave like them just for the sake of getting a guy.
Word.

She is not only talented with the scissors, but also with the camera.
Sorry for the lack of photos on my last post. I missed a few great ones.
(Plus, not to mention she pratically begged me to post more. ;) jk.)

Summer, you went by too quickly.

Now I have to wake up brutally early.

The pile of Homework will only grow taller.

My Brain will be tested in subjects that I clearly suck at.

Did I mention I have to get up early?

But...you did let me sleep in quite often these past 3 months.

Spend quality time with my sister doing creative things. I love you Lore.

Visit Utah 3 times. 2 of which were Gorgeous summer weddings.

Mug on Macie & Dalan. Those two will melt your heart.

Plenty of good laughs with the best friend, Natasha. Good times.

Eat plenty of junk food to hold me off until Spring. Seriously!

Today, I was "trapped" on youtube for what seemed like 6 hours.

I want either one to be my 1st concert.

Both would probably blow my mind.

Today I had a lovely chat with my dentist. He struck up conversation with me about Twilight. He asked ME if he should read Eclipse before the movie comes out.

Me...not being an obsessed fan AT ALL..began to list reasons why he 'totally' should read it before the movie comes out. I'd like to think I was convincing...

Saturday, the sun FINALLY made an appearance, and then decided to be weird again and hide. We still can't seem to find it.

oh well.

This week seems to be jam packed FULL with last minute "finals."
